What are the tips for using building trial molds

      The side formwork and partition of the building trial mold are supported by relatively hard carbon steel, and the bracket is fixed on the low formwork.

      The joint bolt is connected to the bracket with a cylindrical pin and can rotate around the axis of the cylindrical pin. When assembling, first place the two side templates perpendicular to each other on the bottom template plane, insert the shaft fitted on the joint bolt into the grooves at both ends of the side template, fix it slightly, then insert the partition into the groove of the side template, align the two side templates, ensure that the mold cavity is square, and then tighten the butterfly nut on the shaft while lightly tapping the upper side of each plate with a wooden hammer to make its lower side on the same plane. Finally, tighten the butterfly nut on the joint bolt to ensure that the lower side of each plate is close to the low template plane.
